These lightweight "office environment" trimmers feature the same rolling blade technology employed in the more robust segment of the Neolt line. Rolling blades are mounted on a chrome plated guide rail. The result is a trimming system that gives a smooth, clean cut on a wide variety of materials. A transparent clamp strip holds material firmly and automatically lifts when cutting head has completed a pass. Metal baseboards are calibrated in both inch and metric equivalents. Desk Trim (Manual) Table top unit. Reference brackets are included.

"TRIM" Manual Roll Blade Trimmers

Neolt manual trimmers have set the standards of quality, function and value. All Models feature self-sharpening cutting wheels and bi-directional cutting. The cutting head rides effortlessly on Delrin-coated roller bearings and the top-mounted swivel handle ensures operator comfort. The cutting head can be raised or lowered from any position on the bar and a unique shoulder design enables cutting of material that is longer than the trimmer itself. The transparent clamp strip holds material firmly and lifts automatically when cutting head reaches either end. Metal and metric increments. Available as table top trimmers or with a sturdy steel stand and waste catcher.

Trim manual series is essentially for single-sheet trimming.

Manual, light duty paper cutter specifically designed for the single sheet environment. Cutter head is mounted on a round chrome guide rail. Head cuts in both directions at sixty inches per second. The unique design of the end frames on the trimmer permits the cutting of materials longer than the trimmer itself. Price includes stand.

Electro Trim (Electric)

                        
A light duty electric paper cutter specifically designed for the single sheet environment. Cutter head is mounted on a round chrome guide rail with ball bearings. The trimmer head cuts in both directions at sixty inches per second. Either the convenient "touch bar actuator" or foot pedal can be used to initiate each trim. Fixing bar is a factory installed option. Includes lamp and stand.

Electro Power Trim ( Open ended cutter) 
The open ended cutter allows you to cut material longer than the trimmer, by  making a cut on one end, then sliding it down and making another cut on the opposite end.

This heavy-duty standard of the industry features a reinforced cutting head mounted on a rectangular chrome plated guide rail with ball bearings. The cutting head of this electric paper cutter cuts in one direction (right to left) and automatically returns to its "home position" at the end of each cut. Head speed is sixteen inches per second. Design of the electric trimmer permits horizontal output of trim edge for hand pickup or delivery to a receiving table. Unit is shipped with two adjustable reference guides. Convenient "foot actuator" initiates each trim.

Neolt Electric trimmers combine the outstanding qualities of the manual trimmers with a dependable electric drive. Designed for high volume use and operator comfort, these electric trimmers come complete with floor stand, waste catcher and under-mounted fluorescent lamp for illuminating the cutting edge. Bi-directional cut is easily activated by depressing either the foot pedal or the switch bar which runs the length of the trimmer. Cutting head is protected by a transparent Plexiglas screen and the head speed is approx. 40" per second.

What is a fixing bar?
The fixing bar holds down the media. You manually clamp it down on both ends and there is no movement on the product being cut. It is generally used when cutting thicker material or material that is long. When cutting thicker material the blade can cause the media to skew slightly upon initial impact.

Foam Trimmers 

Neolt foam board trimmers are available in a wide variety of sizes and models to satisfy the needs of many users. Whether choosing a tabletop or floor model, manual or electric, these professional-quality trimmers feature all metal, solid construction for years of continuous use. The straight blade design cuts cleanly through foam board products of various thickness without crushing or tearing. The head rides on smooth-action roller bearings and includes a mechanism to lock it in place as well as a comfortable pull handle for ease of use. Each Foam trimmer comes with a set of 5 straight blades and is covered by a 1 year warranty.

With manual foam trim you can cut: Gater Board, Foam board and Corplast to maximum thickness of 1/2 inch.  

Light Foam Trim with Fixing Bar

Economical Manual Foam Trimmer with a fixed blade cutting head. Hardened steel cutting head is precisely aligned by aluminum guide rail. System includes reference bracket and fixing bar for stabilizing material being cut. The Light Foam Trim will cut standard foam board up to .59 inches (15mm) or ridged foam board up to .12 inches (3mm.) 
Options include a stand. Working surface height with stand is 35.8 inches.

Trimmer comes with two hardened steel cutting heads (10mm and 30mm) which are precisely aligned by an aluminum guide rail. The system is equipped with a fixing bar (for stabilizing material being cut.) An optional "Laser Designator" is available. The "Laser Designator" generates a florescent red "cut line," designating precisely where the cutter blade will cut. The system comes with a stand, creating a work surface height of 35.8 inches.

Foam Trim Pro, Horizontal (Manual)

The Foam Trim Pro is the Big Gun� in Manual Foam Trimmers. The hardened steel cutter head features an incrementally adjustable blade, facilitating cuts of from 10mm to 30mm. An aluminum
guide rail precisely aligns the cutter head. A crank wheel operates the systems fixing bar which
when engaged stabilizes the substrate being cut. An optional Laser Designator is available. The Laser Designator generates a florescent red cut line, designating precisely where the cutter blade will cut.
The system comes with a stand, creating a work surface height of 35.8 inches.

Vertical Foam Trim (Manual)

Fixed blade cutting head is constructed from hardened steel, precisely aligned by a precision aluminum guide rail. Foam trimmer is supplied with both 10mm and 30mm cutting heads. Fixing bar adjusts to height of substrate, stabilizing the sheet for clean crisp cuts. Left and right lateral extensions as well as adjustable reference brackets are supplied with each foam trimmer. This system will cut a variety of substrates including standard foam board up to 1.18 inches (30mm). Oversized left and right lateral extensions and "angular cut kit" are available options as is a "Laser Designator." The "Laser Designator" generates a florescent red "cut line," designating precisely where the cutter blade will cut.

Electro Foam Trim series can cut 1/2" Sintra and Gater Board, Foam Board & Corplast to 1 1/8" thick.

Electro Foam Trim Plus Vertical and Horizontal (Electric)

This electric foam trimmer is available in both vertical and horizontal configurations. Fixed blade cutting head is constructed from hardened steel; precisely aligned by dual aluminum guide rails and driven by a one quarter horsepower motor coupled with a positive chain drive. Variable speed cutting head operates at 6 inches per second on the cut. Return speed is variable dependent on the substrate being cut. Both configurations are supplied with 5, 10, 20 and 30-mm cutting heads for scoring, single pass or bi-directional cuts. Precise targeting of each cut is accomplished with the aid of a "Laser Designator" alignment system. Controls include "up" and "down" motor control and "panic stop" push buttons. Fixing bar adjusts to height of substrate, automatically stabilizing the sheet for clean, crisp cuts and eliminates pinching of substrate edges. Left and right lateral extensions as well as an adjustable reference bracket is supplied with each trimmer. The electric foam trimmer will cut a variety of substrates including rigid foam board up to 1.18 inches (30mm) or Sintra up .50 inches (13mm). Oversized left and right lateral extensions are optional. 

Electro Foam Trim Special (Electric)

The ultimate in automated foam trimmers. Electrically operated, fixed blade cutting head is constructed from hardened steel, precisely aligned by dual aluminum guide rails and driven by a one quarter horsepower motor coupled with a positive chain drive. Head cutting speed is variable. Depth of cut is operator selected from four preset settings and automatically adjusted according to the operator's request. Precise targeting of each cut is accomplished with the aid of a "Laser Designator" alignment system. Controls include "up" and "down" variable speed motor control, "panic stop" button and "depth of cut selector." Fixing bar adjusts to height of substrate, automatically stabilizing the sheet for clean, crisp cuts eliminating pinching of substrate edges. Left and right lateral extensions as well as an adjustable reference bracket is supplied with each foam trimmer. System will cut a variety of substrates including rigid foam board up to 1.26 inches (32mm) or Sintra up to .50 inch (13mm). Additional left and right lateral extensions are modular and available as options. This is a special order unit check with us for lead times.

Important points:
When considering the purchase of a Neolt foam trimmer: Although designed to meet the needs of most foam board users, Neolt foam trimmers are not intended for every foam cutting application. Light Foam works best when foamboard is placed against the end cutting guide since there is no clamping device to hold it firmly in place. The same applies to the Foam Trim unless the optional clamping bar is purchased. For the Vertical Foam and Electric Foam the clamping bar is included as standard equipment. The head cuts only in one direction and may require some force when cutting through thick foam. And even though the cuts are clean and square, a slight burr is left on the lower card surface. Lastly, unlike rotary trimmers, the cutting blade is quite exposed and may be hazardous to children.

Warranty: Thirty-day, "return to depot warranty" on all parts, labor and freight on factory defects provided the customer has retained and returned the defective unit in the original packaging. Ninety-day,  "replacement parts only" on boards, motors, belts and lasers. One-year on material defects and craftsmanship. Service after the warranty period has expired: Freight in and freight out are at the customer's expense. Repairs will be preformed on a time and material basis at prevailing rates.
